Compass Too Slow to Update

  • Reduce Interval:
    1. Go to Menu > Preferences > Sensors, set “Compass Update” to 1 second.
  • Recalibrate:
    1. Move device in figure-8 for 10 seconds.
  • Restart TAK:
    1. Close app, reopen.
  • Update TAK:
    1. Visit TAK.gov, install latest. (If Air Force, Download on watchtower)
