Plugin controls not visible.

Reset UI : Go to Menu > Preferences > Display > Reset Layout. Reinstall Plugin : Go to Settings > Apps > [Plugin] > Uninstall. Visit TAK.gov, download, reinstall. Enable Plugin : Go to Menu > Preferences > Plugins, toggle ON. Update TAK : Visit TAK.gov, install latest. (If Air Force, open Watch Tower application to find latest update)
