Can’t save overlay file.

Check Storage : Go to Settings > Storage, free up 200MB. Grant Permissions : Go to Settings > Apps > TAK > Permissions, enable Storage. Retry Export : Go to Menu > Layers, select overlay, tap “Export.” Update TAK : Visit TAK.gov, install latest. (If Air Force, open Watch Tower application to find latest update)
