Plugins delay startup.

Disable Unused Plugins : Go to Menu > Preferences > Plugins, toggle OFF extras. Clear Cache : Go to Settings > Apps > [Plugin] > Storage > Clear Cache. Restart TAK : Close app, reopen. Update Plugins : Visit TAK.gov, download latest versions. (If Air Force, open Watch Tower application to find latest plugin update)
