Grant All : Go to Settings > Apps > TAK > Permissions, enable all. Disable Restrictions : Go to Settings > Apps > TAK > Data Usage, allow unrestricted. Restart TAK : Close app, reopen. Reinstall : Uninstall, reinstall from TAK.gov. (If Air Force, open Watch Tower application to reinstall)
