  • Check Mute:
    1. Press volume buttons, ensure not muted.
  • Restart Audio:
    1. Go to Menu > Preferences > Audio, toggle “Enable Audio” OFF then ON.
  • Test Speakers:
    1. Play audio in another app.
  • Restart Device:
    1. Power off, turn on.
