Failing to connect when clicked

  • Validate you have a server in the connections area below the connection button:
    1. Click connections and make sure your server is check marked (if no information is in the connections page contact your admin to get the information.)
  • Check Network connection:
    1. Make sure you have cellular or wireless connection so the application can connect.
  • Reinstall:
    1. Uninstall Cisco, reinstall from Watch Tower. (Contact admin to reconfigure Cisco once reinstalled.)
