  • Update:
    1. Go to Watch Tower application to find latest update.
  • Reinstall:
    1. Uninstall Cisco, reinstall from Watch Tower. (Contact admin to reconfigure Cisco once reinstalled.)
  • Phone wipe and rebuild:
    1. In rare occasions when the prior solutions won’t work the phone will need to be fully rebuilt to fix the problem. Please contact your admin to rebuild.
